After destroying all The Diablo 4 Gold Guardian Visions, Skarn will return and shoot out multiple fireballs at all points on a Heptagon. After that, he'll return to perform his regular fireballs, and then move on to his demonic fireball attacks and finally, it will be a laser attack until players have reduced Skarn to half of his HP. Skarn will disappear, and summon all the Diablo 4 Guardian Visions again after which, once they've been defeated they will be defeated again. He will then return and shoot multiple fireballs within a Heptagon again.

Once Skarn is at 1/3 health Skarn will roar, becoming enraged, and enter into the second phase. Skarn will disappear , only to reappeared with three copies of him and the players will have around 8 seconds to find and kill the boss. If players are unsuccessful in finding and kill the Skarn who is real, the Skarns will shuffle around their positions, restart the timer , and replenish their health pools.
